REFUNDS AND RETURNS
MERCHANDISE
Aerolatino Merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email via the online form in the contact section of our website.
SHIPPING COSTS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
EVENTS
Refunds will be issued in full for cancellations received 7 days before the event. Cancellations made within 48 hours will receive 50% refund. Cancellations received after this time will not be refunded.
If the event is rescheduled all purchases will be honoured for the rescheduled date or may be refunded in full.
If the event is cancelled, all purchases will be refunded in full.
After submitting your refund request in writing by email, using the contact page on our website, please allow up to 5 business days to process your refund request.
INSTRUCTOR TRAINING
Course Materials are defined as digital content and/or learning services relating to the course/s on which you have enrolled. For the avoidance of doubt, the Refund/Cancellation policy for course materials applies to courses.
On condition that you have not accessed any Course Materials you may withdraw from a course for any reason (including if you simply change your mind) within 7 days of the date of the training and receive a full refund. Cancellations made up to 48 hours will receive 50% refund. Cancellations received after this time will not be refunded.
The right to withdraw from the course and receive a full or partial refund does not apply once you access any part of the Course Materials (including the introductory module) or area of the website that is only available to enrolled students.
If the training is rescheduled you will be offered an alternative date or may be refunded in full.
If the training is cancelled, all purchases will be refunded in full.
