Cancellation & Refund Policy
Your statutory right under the consumer protection (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), allows you 14 days from your enrolment, however upon using your login and receiving access to your course materials all cancellation rights are waivered upon login. All cancellations are to be made in writing only to the registered address below and will not be accepted via phone. In the interest of clarity and for the avoidance of doubt, you should note that emails or telephone cancellations are not accepted. You must send the signed, written request of cancellation by recorded delivery.
Refunds are not available for international students (living outside of the UK and Ireland).
In line with The Consumer Rights Act 2015, you also have a 14 day right to change your mind and get a full refund for digital content, i.e. Online courses, that you have purchased provided you have not logged into the learner platform using your individual username and password, if you have then this will be deemed as receiving the copy written product and will not be eligible for a refund.
As such we offer a 14-day money back guarantee on our courses and a refund will be issued if:
you have requested it within the 14-day cooling off period;
you have not logged into the learner platform using your individual username and
password
you have not completed (or attempted to complete) the course(s) and any tests;
you have not received a Certificate of Achievement or Statement of Participation
(whether digital or physical) on the course.
The 14-day cooling off period begins from the day you made the purchase.
Once your access to the paid course has been removed, you will not be able to access any part of the course, take part in any tests, or receive a digital or printed certificate for the course.
